Well, found a solution. Logged in with my old Origins account then after loading the game logged into the E.A severs
Could you explain in more detail what you are trying to do? Where did you buy the game and why do you need a product key to activate DLC?
This forum is mostly user-to-user, so we can't do anything with order numbers.
Purchased the game from EA itself yesterday. Product code needed to activate DLC to show in the game. Also have game via Steam with same issue. When load game and go to downloadable content; says DLC is installed BUT says "unauthorized version 1.0".
