Please do not publish things like private phone numbers in public places. No one from in here is going to use it from among those who "belong" here, but absolutely ANYONE can visit a public forum!
We have nothing to do with accounts in here, or with the Help Center, those people are the ones you want.

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
