Need To Unlink Xbox from the EA Account
How does one unlink an outdated xbox account from my dragon age keep account and add the updated one.
I changed my email on the xbox side. I can no longer get the extra dlcs for origins and 2. Examples: memory band, origin. Staff of Path.., DA2.
@lil-BIG-man-1027 Hey, so the Xbox account is linked to the EA account and not the keep. You can log into profile.ea.com and under connections unlink it there. If you are not able to log in and unlink it for any reason, you would need to reach out to support so that they can get that verified with you and unlink it on their end.

- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
