New patch - still doesn't work

I have turned all the settings down to medium and have been able to move further towards the rift in the opening scene than ever before which is great but the stuttering  / freezing is still bad and I can't see that I will be able to play the game still.

I ran the sytem idle process tool and got this information - see below - a lot of text and not sure if it is of any help in finding solutions to making the game playable on my system. but if you spot anything I'd be grateful for your advice
