PC with Digital Deluxe. No amulet from Broken Window quest but got Blackwall's from Adamant Fortress.
SPECIFY if your saves are pre-patch 5 or not. That's about 5 times I've said so.
Anyway, I've tested it on a new Patch 5 save, and got the Amulet of Power for Cassandra in the Fallow Mire (chest). So either it only affects a handful of amulets, or only old pre-patch saves are affected.
