It isn't on purpose. EA_David would have said so in the 3rd reply of this thread.
Right, I missed that. Pretty sure it will be fixed in Patch 6 then.
The only question now is how long we will wait for this fix.
Bioware is quite quick to f-u-c-k up things, but very slow to repair them. I mean this game is already 4 months old...
They probably working on DLC and don't have time to fix something for what they already got money for. Business is brutal.
