NO Amulets of Power after Patch 5?

Thanks to Bioware's, oh so helpful, Patch 5, several amulets of power have been removed from the game. I am not talking about simply taking steps to prevent exploitation (such as removing excess items from a loot drop), I mean to say that legitimate treasure drops that are supposed to include an amulet of power have been completely removed from play. For those of you who tend to plan ahead and factor in said amulets when speccing out your character (like, say, me) this is extremely frustrating.

Here is a partial list of the Amulets that have gone missing for Xbox One Patch 5.

Cassandra: Amulet of Power in Knight Captain Denam's room, gone.
Cole: Amulet of Power dropped by Ishmael: Gone.
Cole again: Amulet of Power in treasure chest next to him at the inn: gone.
Dorian: The Still Ruins: Gone.
Dorian Again: Amulet dropped by Macrinus of the Western Approach: Gone.
And the worst one (because it cost me 30+ shards): Amulet of Power for the Inquisitor after completing "The Cold Endured" in the Forbidden Oasis: Gone.

Maybe, if Bioware takes such exception to resource farming and exploits, they could tear themselves away from tinkering with the Multiplayer (which I know is difficult for them, because MP is where they turn a profit through the in-game purchasing of Platinum) and make crafting ingredients more readily accessible (perhaps by releasing the Black Emporium as they said they were going to do with Patch 5 and then didn't) those of us who are trying to keep the game fresh after several playthroughs wouldn't feel obligated to farm and exploit.
