NO Amulets of Power after Patch 5?

I just slew the High Dragon Hivernal and realized that there was no Amulet of Power for Iron Bull in the loot.  Puzzled, I went on to slay Kaltenzhan only to find NO Amulet of Power for Varric in the...

No fix for this issue in Patch 6? OK, uninstalling DA:I now. And I'll be spending the money for the new DLC on something else.

Good job, EA/Bioware. VERY good job.

Also no Amulet of Power found in the chest during 'Safe Keeping' (Emerald Graves), as there ought to be one according to wikia )-:
