No Audio when ALT TAB to another window ... Either in Full Screen or Window Mode

Is it normal for the game's audio to go silent or not play at all when alt tabbing out of the game to another window? Seems wierd. there should be music or something... no? thx Euther

    That is the default. There's a setting that controls that. Go to options/audio and scroll down to the bottom. Then there's 'background voice chat' and 'audio ignores window focus'

      Game Options>Audio>Uncheck "Audio Focus" By doing so, music will play continuously when not in the sims 4 windows.
