No sound on DLC

Hey i got DA:O recently in Origin and all the base game works fine but the DLC areas for some reason  have no sound, it seems to only affect sound especific to that DLC as companions still speak. NPCs also don't move their mouths. I did some research and apparently it's a somewhat common problem but all the threads i could find were old and all linked to Bioware's social network to manually download the dlc, of course that's no longer possible. I tried other known solutions like repairing the game,re-installing and going into the DaOriginsConfig and ticking and unticking all the checkboxes but nothing seems to work. Is there another way to download the DLC or any other solution i should try? Thanks in advance.
