No voices during dialogue

what options do you show under sounds??
I know I have both various configurations as well as individual sound sliders so I can turn music down, all game and or I think sound effects or dialogue(been awhile since I looked at exactly is there...) . So are your sliders all up maxed, what configurations are available??
You may also try deleting/moving your profileoptions and profileoptions_options files located in your saves folder in users files. These are all the options you have selected in setting up your games video, audio and key bindings. IF they are removed, the game will remake both these files back to stock default files thus it can correct some issues by doing this and hurts nothing other than time to redo all your customizations.
@mcsupersport moving those two files didn't work unfortunately
