Why this bug isn't still fixed?!!! I am spending at least 3-4 hrs to trigger freaking this quest to pop up. How do I recruit Vivienne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FIX THIS NOW!
i had this problem and the solution for me was that i could not find the instance at the war table which is where i was looking i had to actualy pull up my world map and it was near val royeaux.
