Not getting the next war table quest after "An offer from the Crows"

Hi! i've done the "An offer from the Crows" war table mission with Leliana on xbox 360 but neither of the next quests show up. Is there a bug? or do we have to complete both "Here lies the abyss" AND "wicked eyes and wicked hearts" for the sequence to continue?

    No, either "a missing assassin" or "a word from the crows" should unlock depending on your worldstate.
