Now in Skyhold - Haven fallen - I missed the Iron Bull quest, can I still do it?

Hi, I couldnt figure out why I didnt have Iron Bull in my crew and researched it. Turns out that I missed it when it was in Haven.  I am now in Skyhold and cannot find Krem.  Can I still get the que...

Erhm... Krem is a 'she' btw, not a 'he'.

No, Krem is most definitely a "he".  And if you think otherwise you're not paying attention to what's being said in-game.
