numerous quests bugged/ can't complete

many quests, IE: friends of red jenny, Vaults of Valammar I've found the quest items but can not proceed because they are NOT interactable, Ive done google searches to verify that I've found the ques...

still can't complete quests but I've found a walkaround for the missing horse.
1. got to my documents/bioware/saves cut EVERYTHING out of the folder and save it under the subfolder Bioware
2. relaunch the game and go to haven and interact with the stables and you can now check the mount you would like to use, and ride it........

I have a problem with one of Cassandra's quest. To kill five rouge mages. The one of them is buged and after killing him the game still shows me he is still alive. He is located in one of the desert maps near a rift.

ok So I've been playing through the issues I have, found the bog unicorn...... it's in the stable... CAN NOT select it or anyother mount and when I leave the stable the screen is black (sigh) this game is just going from bad to worst....

  Correction!!!!!! previous quests I could not complete are now accessable doing the removing the local content,saved files ,it's something in the local saved files that is corrupted, so for the moment this seems to be the workable workaround for the PC issues!!!!!!
  someone who is having the same issues try this and see if it works for you then post results here.

    I wonder if said thing could be affecting why some people aren't getting all their dlc items when they wake up in the Haven. I only got a bow from the chest. I might have to try this.
    This is the path I'm getting when I'm going into my documents. C:\Users\Person\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
    So just to clarify do you take everything from \Save and then take 2 steps back and place it in the \Bioware?
