I am using the GTX 860m on 8.1 64-bit. I purchased this laptop about two weeks ago as well.

these cards are having a pattern of problems with this game, and from
what I have been told by EA tech Support, it is an issue that is being looked into.
I have tested all drivers from 344.65 to the curent 347.09,
and the most stable (for me at least) is 344.65.
The 344.65 is the one that crashed the least, and gave me the most gameplay between crashes.
do a custom, clean, install and DO NOT install audio drivers, 3d drivers or geforce experience.
