This is not just a laptop issue. I just purchased and installed the game, and even though the in-game settings say "Fullscreen 1600x900" the game is starting and running in a window about 2/3 the size of my desktop.

Edit: I managed to fix this issue on my system. For whatever reason, I had previously disabled SLI mode in Nvidia Control Panel. Enabling SLI allowed the game to run in fullscreen mode. Running on one GTX 560 Ti card the resolution was set to 1600x900 @ 75hz (fullscreen not working). With both cards active in SLI mode the game is running at 1600x900 @ 59.95hz and fullscreen works. The only weird issue now is that when I Alt-Tab out, the game screen reverts to a window that is taking up 2/3 of my screen (just like the original windowed issue). However, when I Alt-Tab back into the game window it reverts back to fullscreen.
