I don't know if anyone frequents this thread but I do need to say this:
Do not update to the latest nvidia drivers!!!
I did this and my FPS tanked by 20 (where as it was running at about 30 it was suddenly running at 10) and the only thing that fixed it was uninstalling completely and downgrading to the nvidea 344.65 drivers. Since then I've had a pretty steady FPS of between 30 and 40.
If anyone needs any more information on nvidia and the drivers there's a thread here that helps outline some of the issues which nvidia and cpus have been having with Dragon Age Inquisition.
