I'm having the same problem, the screen flashes a few times until it stays at around 2/3 of the screen when in fullscreen mode.

When I use the Intel HD graphics it runs on fullscreen just fine (with low graphs ofc) , but when I change to my graphic card (AMD Radeon R9 M265X) it just won't work. I have tried updating drivers , even to Beta ones, and still nothing. Also tried to enable Vsync on both ends (game and graph card) to no result as well.

I can play well on windowed fullscreen, but it ain't the same thing.

I'm running the game on:

Windows 8.1 64 bits

i7-4700HQ @ 2.4GHz

8GB RAM

AMD Radeon R9 M265X 2GB GDDR5
