I edited the first post so hopefully people will read THAT and stop posting the same stupid ideas to 'fix' this problem.
As for hearing anything about it? They said they wouldn't be able to address it in their first patch, but the fact that they not only didn't address it, but didn't update us on it, AND they haven't said anything about it since is really disappointing. They fact that the nvidia drivers that have been released since have a tendency to make DAI less stable on most systems (I had to downgrade because I install the most recent drivers and dropped 20 FPS.) is pretty abysmal.
The best I can suggest for now is to not update your drivers (until someone tests it and says it actually fixes the problem) and absolutely do not under any circumstance patch your DAI game (unless someone else has tested it as well and says it fixes the problem). That, obviously, is not a solution it's preventative medicine, but it's the best I can do. I've tried everything at this point. There is not fixing it from user's end, it'll need to be Bioware or nvidia and so far all they've managed to do is exacerbate a bad situation.
