It would help if you mention what version of Windows you are using as there are different drivers for Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1
Btw, has anyone tried using Windows 7 drivers in Windows 8/8.1 to see if there is any difference?
I don't think these forums are moderated/monitored by anyone who actually works at Bioware/EA. They may occasionally post a forum thread/sticky though by my assumptions these forums are purely community driven (aka fans/gamers etc) with the occasional feedback from a customer support agent.
Your best bet is to get in touch with a technical support agent and follow through with troubleshooting until they can escalate the ticket to someone in the Bioware network.

Edit: There is a methodology to troubleshooting and it's important that they collect data according to a standardized procedure so that user error can be reduced to a minimum. You want some results, then you'll have to work for it. Submitting more "Me too"-posts in this forum is equivalent to complaining outside a courthouse where nobody can see or hear you - they may stick there head out and overhear you, though that would be by mere chance.
