They are employed to maintain the forums and/or support. I highly doubt they have any close connection with EA/Bioware staff. If they were, then I would expect that there would be some real answers.
Except if you look in other forums, for other games, there are real answers. They're not doing a very good job of maintiaining support if they're not supporting.

Most of us contacted via "support" system. Do you really think that we did get any answer?? It is the end of Januar already, game is still worse than beta.
