NVidia Optimus (GTX00M) Cannot Run in Fullscreen Mode

I just read the patch notes for the new patch and nothing about this. It would be nice if someone from EA at least leaves a message in this thread saying that they are working on this issue or estimating when a patch solving this issue will be released.
