Any updates on this?

I'd really like to finish my playthrough, but I'm just so tired of the laggy gameplay caused by having to run windowed fullscreen. Storm Coast is so choppy I just can't go there to finish my quests. :/

I know Bioware said they're working on this with Nvidia, and I appreciate this, but still I'd like to hear some updates. Or heck, even reassurances that they are still indeed working on the problem.
