NVidia Optimus (GTX00M) Cannot Run in Fullscreen Mode

Bingo. Thank you very much kind sir! I updated drivers for Elite Dangerous, and this hasn't worked since. Adjusting the scaling mode setting in Nvidia Control Panel did the trick. Now I can enjoy Dragon Age again.
