So, are there any solutions for laptop users? The intel control panel seems to have a scaling option instead of the nvidia control panel on my y50, but that won't work unless I change from native resolution to something lower.
I've tried to make it work with the intel control panel and it just doesn't. Sorry. :\

Well, it's back to waiting for a fix or windowed fullscreen then. ☹️

I'm a Lenovo y50 user myself, I have been researching the problem and waiting for a fix for some time now as well. I have been posting a little bit in the NVidia forums and putting any information i've found there. For those who are only looking over here, here are some things i've found out just recently:
I spoke with the NVidia customer care agent, Asif last week, Thursday the 22nd. I received an e-mail reply after Asif promised to get back to me in regards to it. Here is the following response:
Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the issue.
I checked with the higher level team and they have advised that the issue is still being looked into and being tested.
Kindly wait for future updates from the game developers or NVIDIA which will resolve this issue.
Unfortunately we do not have an ETA on this as it is being worked upon.
Please get in touch with us, if you need further assistance and I would be happy to help you.
Best regards,
Asif,
NVIDIA Customer CareI then contacted EA's customer care agent, Upendra, this morning. After I uploaded some system specs and information:
Upendra: Will it be fine if I escalate your issue for further investigation?
you: sure, but I would appreciate a time frame
you: both companies have been very bad at keeping users in the loop
Upendra: You would get resolution l within 10-14 days .I will post in both forums after 2 weeks if there isn't a patch that resolves this issue. Hopefully having a time frame will let everyone have an ease of mind while waiting so long for a fix.
