You're wasting your time. You need to file a ticket with support and chat with an agent.
Edit: I've accepted the fact that there probably won't be any solution to this issue in the near future. Since I want to play the game I've gone ahead and bought a PS4 and the game. If you can, then I would suggest you do the same to save yourselves some headaches.- 11 years agoWell since we've already spent literally thousands on our gaming capable laptops, many of us don't want to, or simply can't spend even more for a PS4. Still hoping that they get their act together and release a fix in the upcoming patch. Maybe I'll try to tweet at a dev, see if they respond...

It's a shame that it's turned out this way and I hope you get to play the game one way or another. I just couldn't stand waiting anymore. Laptops have always been second-class citizens when it comes to gaming and it doesn't seem like that's about to change any time soon.
