11 years agoYou're wasting your time. You need to file a ticket with support and chat with an agent.
Edit: I've accepted the fact that there probably won't be any solution to this issue in the near future. Since I want to play the game I've gone ahead and bought a PS4 and the game. If you can, then I would suggest you do the same to save yourselves some headaches.

Well since we've already spent literally thousands on our gaming capable laptops, many of us don't want to, or simply can't spend even more for a PS4. Still hoping that they get their act together and release a fix in the upcoming patch. Maybe I'll try to tweet at a dev, see if they respond...

It's a shame that it's turned out this way and I hope you get to play the game one way or another. I just couldn't stand waiting anymore. Laptops have always been second-class citizens when it comes to gaming and it doesn't seem like that's about to change any time soon.
