I experienced this problem recently, and after speaking to support via chat, I realised the problem was caused by Samsungs Magician software and after closing that software and stopping it from loading at bootup, the game runs perfectly fine on fullscreen now. Might not work for everyone, but try shutting down one program at a time until fullscreen works to isolate the software interfering with fullscreen.

Hopefully that will help those few who have Samsungs Magician.
Others have to finally for real not buy any EA game, just because console excrement like this are not pc games.
On the other hand, we have awesome "Uplay" / pay2win MMO * / indie bull*.
Its been seriously couple of years since I played decent, non-bugged, optimized, game without micro transactions.

OMG LMAO, no lie, this fixed it for me, running a GTX660 Ti. Why on earth?? This is just weird. Thank you for posting this!!
