Confirmed, the 350.05 doesn't fix the full screen issue .
The 350.05 driver is a hotfix driver for the DX crash issue, not the fullscreen one.
I was able to resolve the fullscreen issue in the NVidia control panel.
Go to "Adjust Desktop size and position"
Select the following options:
Full screen
Perform scaling on GPU
Override Scaling mode set by games and programs
The game will still start up windowed (despite being set in game options to fullscreen), but simply alt-tabbing into it will make it properly full screen.
The problem is that within notebooks ( Optmus ) , this setting is not displayed. Only 3D settings are available.
For Windows 10 PC Laptop peoples:
You can change the resolution of the display to 600 x 800 to match the game.
The screen is small in "full screen" because it only occupies the 600 x 800 pixels, but if you match that with the display at 600 x 800, you get the bigness. It's annoying, but easy.
