Don't bother spending hours trying to fix it, there is no fix, and neither EA (Bioware) or Nvidia seem to care.
Let's see if Intel can find a solution, or if they can come up with some way to get EA to care again. Bioware swore they were working on a solution for this back in December, and they clearly lied through their teeth. This, and several other factors including us being ignored and them released DLC before a solution for this problem, has caused me to lose all faith and trust in Bioware whatsoever. This company isn't what I thought it was. I won't be purchasing from them in the future.
