So, if not only Intel fault, this shows anyway that something in the relation between Nvidia driver and Intel driver is not working, it can be on one side or the other.
Finally, the guy from Intel told about the fact that the issue have been reproduced and they are working on it.
Come on, I understand the frustration, but let's think about it: don't you think that Nvidia or EEA would have solved the issue if that it would be so simple. There are different parts involved.
My only conclusion so far is that Optimus technology is quite buggy and need more development.
I'm going to lay the blame on all 3 companies invlolved: Bioware, Intel and nVidia.
nVidia and Intel for the whole "Optimus" mess. Intel for their crappy drivers. Bioware for their inability to code around Intel's crappy drivers.
It's not even a Frostbite issue, as full-screen mode works perfectly in all the Battlefield games, as well as many others (Crysis 3, FarCry 4, Unreal Engine games, id Tech5).
It's a very bad bug that Bioware are unwilling, or more likely unable, to fix or code a workaround for.
Whatever. I'm almost done with the game, and when I am done, that's it. Not buying any DLC for this one, and I'll wait till a thread like this pops up for the next Dragon Age before they get my money again.

I partially agree with you.
It is a fact that there are several games from different software houses with the same issue.
I suppose that while programming they are using standard API provided by Directx, and then the driver takes in charge the low level processing to the hardware.
Something is clearly going beyond Bioware control at programming level. Let's remember, for example, that many SLI issues have been solved at driver level.
But still, I agree in blaming them all because they could just take in charge the mission to bring the problem at the correct table.
My hope is not yet dead, because Intel is replying my comments positively. It is only in the beginning of May that they replied the issue has been reproduced and they are working on a driver that should fix the problem, although there is not yet ETA.
I don't want to stop over this because there are other games that could be affected, one above all Metal Gear Solid V - The Phantom Pain. Ground Zeroes has the same issue....
