Disabling Windows Aero resolved the Fullscreen mode stuttering \ flashing issue for me, on ATI HD5850

Windows 8 doesn't have aero as far as I know. At least it's never had the option for me to disable it.

Also I highly doubt that there's any fix coming in development, but then again after 7+ months of straight up being lied to I don't have much faith in any of these companies anymore. Maybe Intel will be the one to finally solve the issue...
