I uninstalled DA:I a while ago, so I can't test this, but has anyone tried the latest Intel drivers? They claim to address issues with some full-screen games.
TL;DR Intel claims that a Microsoft display scaling bug is causing the problem, so they pushed a workaround with their latest drivers.

After installing the new drivers:
* Launch Intel HD Graphics Control Panel
* Select "Display"
* Under "Scaling", select "Scale Full Screen"
* Check "Override Application Settings"
Would love to know if this helps solve the problem for anyone. If it does I'll reinstall the game.
Latest Intel driver solves many issues but not this one.
There is a specific thread on Intel forum regarding this driver, and I posted my comments.
Intel replied that the solution for Optimus laptops is still under development and soon a beta driver should be released.
I am following any news related to this matter and I shall keep you updated as soon as something new appears.
