I can confirm that the game is currently running smooth in full screen with SIGNIFICANT frame rate increase in Windows 10 build 10130.

many thanks for your news. Would you please be so kind to check what is the beta Intel HD driver version installed with your build 10130?

  I used the latest Intel Drivers from their website and installed it on windows 10 using the method described here. It also worked with the drivers from windows update, but there was a lot of artifacts in the game intro.
