[Old Report] DA: I World State Not Syncing In Game

I'm trying to replay DAI after replaying the other Dragon Age games and for some reason, I can't load the World State I created in the Keep. When I create a new character only the default world state...

As this thread is a bit old, and the team is now aware of a new(ish) issue with the Keep I am going to lock this thread down.
