[Old Report] dragon age inquisition mouse not working

The only thing i can do is move the arrow, all the other interactions with mouse dont work

Hi, got the same problem here. Mouse moves yet no response to buttons click. Start directly in menu. Mouse itself is working properly out of game. WOuld you please help with this issue.

You need to turn off Origins overlay. Open Origins parameters and turn off Origin in game (take the tick off).
It should work.

I had the same issue and it was driving me crazy - and disabling the Origin overlay didn't help. Most of the time I could use the movement keys and space to select, but if I was starting a mission (ie, gathering my party and venturing forth), I could use spacebar to add/remove party members but had no way to confirm my party. Like I said, it drove me crazy.

Eventually, I discovered that if you alt+tab out and then back into the game, the mouse pointer works normally. I play in Borderless Windowed mode if that makes a difference.

Hope this helps anyone else being driven crazy by this bug...

Awesome!! I'm Brazilian, but Google helped me translate. This was the only place and the only person who helped me. I was going crazy, thinking I'd have to download it again or format my PC in 2024. I was looking for a way to solve this problem and I managed to do it here. Thanks for the tip bro !
