(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load.  It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

    Hey Everyone,

    If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

So unfortunately, running a clean game didn't seem to help the error. I'm so stumped... starting to wonder if maybe one of my saves corrupted the entire keep and now I simply can't log in because it's bugged. I hope that's not the case.

Any news on this one? Happens to me - after logging in, there's "oops" error. Any advices?
