If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.
Community Manager@Rumbyify I got the same error. I will report it but keep in mind with the age of the site, there is very limited support so it may not be looked into right away.

Community Manager@Paanreis As do I. I was going to start a new playthrough anyways too since there are some achievements I don't actually have, so I figured why not jump in again and see what I can get through.
Well, at least I got one actual play through before they decided the one World State I have access to was it. Sadly, about what I've come to expect from EA.
