(Old Report) Dragon Age Keep Error Oops, An Error Has Occurred

For 3 days now, every time I've tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep on any device (phone, tablet, computer) on any browser, it will not load. It gives me the same "Oops, an error has occurred" mes...

Hey Everyone,

If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

July 2023 da keep oops an error after login. Could you please resolve? It's incredibly frustrating!! I'm know corporations care for nothing, once they have your money, but, you really want to risk more awful publicity?!? I don't get it.. Smh. If anyone there cares, it works on NO browser. Also, for information reasons, it was working 3 weeks ago, as I was able to access my current DA2 play through. I completed a world state at that time, exported it, yet DAI only gives option for default atm. There is a disconnect as well as the errors. And, though the site is THE issue, I’m certain, I thought maybe you might want the extra info. Btw, I am on Xbox.
