If you have not already tried, you should be able to access the keep again. If not clear all browser history and cache and you should be able to log in after that.

Does anyone know anything about Dragon Age Keep having issues (July 15,2023)? I've been playing through the prior games, and was able to set things up mostly last night on Dragon Age Keep, but when I went to start Inquisition today, it wont load my custom world stuff. Does anyone know anything?

Same problem here. That's annoying...
I just tried to start a new Inquisition game, but it won't let me use my world state. When I checked the keep my profile picture was replaced with one with a question mark on it and I kept getting the oops error no matter how many times I refresh the page. Now I can't start any new characters unless I use the default state ☹️
