[Old Report] Dual screen problem

Switching to borderless, than back to fullscreen does fix the issue.
I didn't even have to restart, just apply and it works!
So, full instruction:
Options->Display->Windowed borderless->Apply
Options->Display->Fullscreen->Apply
Cursor is trapped now and for all future restarts!

I had similar issue, that fixed itself once I changed the option to Borderless fullscreen, restarted the game, and changed it back to fullscreen and restarted game. I don't know why it made a difference in my game, but after I changed it back to fullscreen, my mouse was trapped ingame while playing.

what I did to Fix it was
ctrl+Enter to change to window mode and then again to change to full screen and that was it
