[Old Report] Floating, Invisible, Misplaced Objects
Throughout my adventures so far I come across many objects that I have been unable to reach because they are floaring in the air.
This includes a floating book in Skyhold during the 48 book side quest.
Ran into a floating body in Hissing Wastes that had loot in it.
Two of the moasic pices in Hinterlands are not where they are suppose to be. This includes the one at Wolfs den and the mosaic piece that isn't in the cave but outside of it.
There is a codex entry buried underneath the ground in Emprise de Lion

FYI - I play on PC with Keyboard and Mouse.
It's not that you can't get to them; it's that you don't know how to get to them. If you can highlight/outline that item - AND ONLY THAT ITEM - with the pressing of the "V" key (PC) or whatever key you press normally for search to reveal buried treasure like what often happens when a dragon skull teleports near to your location, then you CAN retrieve them.
For PC - Highlight only that item - then press the "F" key. This is the default key binding for "INTERACT" which is accessible under "Options"/"Key Bindings" and will automatically cause the "buried" (or wherever it is) treasure to be read/collected/etc. If you cannot highlight only that item in your view, then collect the interfering items one by one until the main target item is the only item viewable before hitting the interact command. This method always works ONE ITEM AT A TIME - and works even when the little grasping hand icon is missing with one caveat - the little "bullseye" icon must be visible for this method to work.
As stated - I play on PC. You'll have to go to your settings in order to know what will work for your specific devices.
