[Old Report] Save File suddenly gone - Xbox one

I have booted up my Xbox one and started Dragon Age to find the game asking me to accept the Licence agreement and then to find the option for LOAD to be blank and no CONTINUE option.  My save fil...

    I had the same issue and resolved it by hitting the home button > start > quit
    Then I opened it again and my saves were there.
