[Old Report] Throne Collection bug

I have the same issue, and I think I know how it glitched. I currently have the Ferelden, the Qunari, the Chasind and the Inquisition thrones with both of their accessories, but my collection states that I'm at 11/21 instead of 12/21.

I loaded previous saves to understand where it might come from, and it's because I never got the first Ferelden throne accessory, even though when I put it in display I definitely have it. I loaded my game just before unlocking Cresswood, and no matter how many times I try, when doing Cresswood ressources operations, I only get the second Ferelden throne accessory.

Same issue. I think my issue stemmed from receiving the Throne Accessory I for both the Orlesian and Andrastian Thrones on one Emprise du Lion Resources operation. Perhaps the game couldn't tally both on the Collections tracker but still managed to display the upgrades.

Same here, I'm at 20/21. I have gathered all throne accessories and they are displaying on the thrones. Don't know which one isn't registering in the collection though.

I also have this.

I currently have the Inquisition Throne, the Chasind Throne and the Fereldan Throne. But my collection says I have 8/21.
I reloaded to before I got the Fereldan Throne's second upgrade (which I got on my first time doing the Crestwood Resources mission) and checked the throne I had only just received before that save. It already had the first upgrade equiped, while I never got it...
I really wanted to get all collections on this playthrough, but due to this bug it's impossible  ☹️

Same here.  I double-checked all my thrones, and I have all the accessories.  I think it's one of two things, as others have posted.

1. I don't think I really ever did the Crestwood Resources war table mission, and if I did, I didn't do it that many times.  But, I noticed when trying to complete my collection that I had the first accessory upgrade for the Fereldan Throne and so did the Crestwood Resources mission and unlocked accessory II.  However, I'm uncertain as to whether I actually got accessory I, since accessory II came with just one attempt.

2. I received two throne accessories on one Emprise/Exalted/etc. mission and it only counted one.

It's really a bummer that this will remain uncompleted in my journal.  Losing out on the influence granted upon completion isn't that big of a deal, since I can complete requisitions to make up for it, but it just bugs me that I have all the pieces and it won't show completed.  At least I do have all the thrones and accessories, so they are actually complete, even though the journal refuses to acknowledge this.

I don't yet have the Jaws of Hakkon throne, but I understand that it won't count anyway.

Just noticed this bug in my game and I can confirm it's the Ferelden throne accessory 1 (FA1) that's causing the problem. When you find multiple throne accessories at once, it registers fine (just tested it).

I either got the FA1 from some mission other than the gather resources, or it just appeared after I did something else in the game (if so, it's another bug). In both cases though, it indeed didn't register the FA1 in the quest log.

I seem to recall a very vague memory from a long amount of game time back, where I had seen it as a reward for some other mission at the wartable or quest reward in crestwood. What mission or quest though, I cannot tell.

As all of us here, I'm saddened by the fact the collection entry in my journal will never complete without going back a ridiculous amount of playtime ☹️
