Only option is Human noble in Character creation

When I'm making a new character in DA: I, I cannot change cards to other options on the last stage.  For example, I'm stuck on a Human noble or a Daeish Elf.  Are there other options?  For humans, th...

Nope, there are no options...if you choose Elf, then you are Dalish, if you choose Human, you are Noble, if you choose Qunari, you are Talvashoth.  You don't get to choose any other background only race, sex and class are options.
