Order a patch for CPU 2 cores
Write here everyone who wants a patch to play 2-core laptops. We must demand this. We also have the right to play DA: I. Say NO to bad optimization.

A lot of us playing on dual core are pulling better specs than the rest of their minimum anyway- we should able to run this.
In fact- I was running it for 30 hrs before I got my black screen of death....Now I cant get a refund or any help. I technically have a dual core that uses hyperthreading. If I look it up, it looks like a quad core even on the manufacturers page, which is actually what I had thought it was until this prompted further research. (Some companies *cough*intel*cough* don't differentiate very clearly.)
If you don't meet all of the minimum requirements there is no guarantee any game will run. That is what the minimum requirements means and why game developers make sure they are posted long before the game is available for purchase. You just can't necessarily make up for a systems weakness in one area by overcompensating in another (ie. no matter how much memory you have if you don't have enough HDD space the game won't install, etc)... in this case if you don't have a processor capable of handling 4 parallel threads the game will not work. Period. The minmum requirmements clearly indicate that a quad core is required.
The only exception to the rule are the "dual core" chips from Intel (with hyperthreading)... they have 2 logic processors per core so they are actually able to run 4 threads in parallel.

i pay for DA: I , and i have core 2 duo so i need to play because i pay it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the game doesnt start!!!!!!! is my problem if a have to play in low quality but de game doesnt start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont stole our money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
