Origin - Dragon Age: Inquisition Crashing on Launch

As the title says, my game is crashing on launch and I've done all that I know to do to fix it with no resolution. I've updated my graphics drivers, repaired the game, re-installed the game, looking for game updates, and disabled Origin In-Game. When I go to launch the game I get the cloud syncing window, a black screen for less than half a second (as if it was launching), and then boom, back to desktop.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
