Origin demands to buy Awakening but I've done it already

After the last update (9.5.1.471) Awakening disappeared from 'My Games' and reappeared at my DAO page. The thing is, now Origin demands to buy Awakening again as if I never did that-- which I have do...

Don't you know Awakening is not available for downloading from BSN?
btw, I found the solution. All you have to do is redeem your Awakening code in Origin again, then the expansion will show up at your DAO game page.
Now I have two Awakenings in Origin 🙂 One I can play and another I'm being told to buy.
The problem's solved but still-- EA, your malware sucks so hard that it can't even do its trojan job properly.

Hmm, can you try downloading from the BSN page? https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

If not, (I suspect that this will be the case) please contact support.
