Origin Downloaded the GERMAN DLC Version and not US-English Version Of Dragon Age Ultimate Edition.

I bought the DLC for Dragon Age Ultimate Edition but the DLC installation pack is in GERMAN, I never selected nor do I speak german and now I can't iinstall the english version. Eevery time I log in...

Thanks for the help but the forum you sent me to only states this:

"Looks like I solved it. I changed locale to en-us in the config file"

I have no idea how to change that or where to look and the person who posted this is not helpful at all. if you can provide me with some assitance on how to do this i will try it.
